Radiator fan relay is at the topof the left front frame rail. The engine coolant temp. (ECT) sensor is on the left side of the engine block.

The relay is located top left (driver) side of the front frame rail, behind the grill. Remove the 5 screws on the top, then CAREFULLY remove the locks on the grill from the bumper cover. Disconnect the neg. Battery terminal. The relay may have one or two rivet securing it to the frame rail. Drill out the rivet(s). The replacement part will come with hardware. The temp. Sensor is located on the left side of the block. The A/C circuit shares the fan with engine cooling, so the issue could also be there.
