Engine Performance problem
2003 Chrysler Town and Country Automatic 160000 miles

When I start my car for the first time for the day, if I don't rev the engine and just put it in drive or reverse it will die. But if I give it gas first thing then it won't. I just had the idle speed motor replaced and it is still doing this. I have ran two scans on it and nothing comes up. I have no idea why this is happening. Any suggestions or at least a place to start?

If there are no codes, then I would start looking for vacuum leaks. Also, after the first start up, does it happen again that day?

No it does not happen again that day. It only happens when I first start the van in the morning. Once it has started it is fine. It is weird.

Check the EGR valve to see if it is plugged with carbon as well as the intake.
