2003 Chrysler Town and Country HVAC system won't turn off

The switch that turns the HVAC on/off seems shot as the system won't turn off unless we shut down the van completely. Fan speed is stuck on high. The temps are still adjustable and the dial that changes the air direction is operational. What's the repais and how much will it cost?

Its either the front blower relay is sticking or the front blower motor control module is shorted out internally

Repair costs-varies with location : labor rate could be $70-$130.00 per hr, same as parts
