This shouldn't be a tough one to figure out. Sway bar bushings and endlinks are common on your vehicle. Have a good front-end mechanic try and diagnose the problem. Some other possible causes could be, worn control arm bushings, broken strut or a loose ball-joint. But typically it's either the sway bar links and/or bushings on the vehicle causing the problems.
