My blower motor recently started staying on full blast no matter what I do (even shut the power off on it) I've heard it's a resistor issue. Can you give me the part number and where it's located on the van?

I've taken just about the whole right side of the under dash and can't find the resistor. What do you mean by "in the HVAC" and where exactly in the HVAC is the resistor?
