2001 Chrysler Town and Country problem with front blower

Having problem with the front blower motor first it started by only working on high for a month or so but know it won't work at all. The fuse and relay is good. That should I do next. How do I access the blower motor?

Blower motor is located on the passenger

Its just forward under the glove box
and no need to remove the dash at all
