2001 Chrysler Town and Country diagnostic codes

My Town and Country is showing me the following codes: 1684,0700, and 0456. What does it all mean? :) And, is there a book or a website that has all the code definitions written down? Seems like everyone is trying to figure out the codes.

DTC P0456, P0442, P0455 EVAP Leak Monitor & Leak Detected

P0700, INTERNAL TRANS CONTROLLER

If a problem is sensed in a monitored circuit, a Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) will be stored in PCM memory.. DTC P1684 is only a status code

Check input and output sensors
Tranny solenoid pack too
