My CD player has lights flashing but will not play or eject a CD. The ready light will not come on. My battery has gone dead twice recently and has been jumped. I just had the battery replaced. Could the CD player issue be connected to the battery problem?

Thanks

Do me a favor. Check the fuses. If I remember correctly, the stereo actually has two fuses. One for the radio and one for the CD player. Also, it needs to have a good ground for the CD player to work. There should be two seperate wires (both grounds) on the top of the radio itself. Check that.

let me know what you find.
