the belt keeps falling off when it rains. The first two belts did not have this problem. We recently had an "Original Equipment" belt put on and it keeps falling off. the tensioner was replaced in 2006.

Hi:
Make sure the plastic shield covering the belts on the bottom is still there, attached, and not broken. I've seen this before and that is usually the problem.
