2000 Chrysler Town and Country passenger side electric Wind

The window used to work once in awhile, but now it will not work at all, even by slamming the door.
No noises and when it does decide to work, it is slow and steady.

Hi:

It sounds like the switch or the motor is going bad. You can check it by removing the door panel. The next time it doesn't work, use a test light to see if the motor is receiving power from the switch (you will need to use the switch to check for power). If you are getting power to the motor and it's not working, the motor is bad and will need replaced. If you are not getting power, check the switch or remove it and have it checked by a mechanic.
