when van is cold and you back-up, get a grinding or clunk noise that seems to be coming from the right front wheel area. one shop said to replace steering gear. another shop stated chrysler has a bulletin out on this subject and I need to replace the serpentine bell and tensioner with an updated replacement from chrysler. any suggestions? thanks. charles r slappey
