1999 Chrysler Town and Country sterring wheel controls

My steering wheel controls for my radio, and horn donot work also my drivers side airbag light is on.

Sounds as though there is aproblem with the "clockspring". That is the contact plate between the steering wheel and the column. Should take care of both the inop controls and the ABS light
