1997 Chrysler Town and Country 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I am having trouble with my van I start it and it stays running about 10-15 second adn then dies none of instuments on the dash are working it does have 3/4 tank of gas this is the 3rd time it has done this to me. When I bought the van 2mo ago it did not have a manual and the dealer said it was vapor locked. The check engine light is not on don't know what to do

The way you describe it is like a fuel system that can't maintain pressure sufficient for ignition to occur. A common problem caused by fuel pump or pressure regulation. I would get some spray like starting fluid, brake cleaner, or carb. Cleaner, or even 151 Rum and try keeping it running by the spray bottle in the intake, farthest away from any spark as possible. Seeing if its loosing fuel or spark is step one. The pump, filter and pump screen are all replaced as a trio.
