1997 Chrysler Town and Country dash cluster

My wife started the van this morning and then she shut off cause she forgot something she went back out and started it again and the dash doesnt work no gas guage speedometer the milage indicator. I looked at fuse panel under dash and under hood and found no blown fuses not sure if a relay controls that also

No relays, but there are many fuses to check.
