1988 Chrysler Sundance Running rich/taking in too much gas

I've checked the vacuum tubing and replaced all of the ones that are connected to the fuel injector. I've done a regular tune up. I'm not losing any power and it's not giving out any black smoke. I can definitely smell how rich it's burning though. Could it be the fuel injector itself or maybe something else?

Possible causes include a bad O2 sensor, excessive fuel pressure (bad fuel pressure regulator or plugged return line), leaky fuel injectors, dirty air filter or restricted air inlet, or a defective coolant sensor that prevents the engine management system from going into closed loop mode.
