2006 Chrysler Sebring Transmission/electrical?

Transmission downshifts into passing gear and drive gear back and forth. Must very gently add accelerator, even then sometimes no fix, also lost cruise-control. Engine malfunction dash light came on then off twenty minutes later. What do I need to replace? (Please don't tell me my transmission).

I would like to know the same thing since I'm still having similar problem. Sounds like you didn't get your codes from autopart store. I' getting code for (seems like the Transaxle Control Module TCM and some solinoid. No VSS so guessing this is not mechanical.
