I'll need a little more information to correctly answer your question.

1. When you turn the key (during a jump start), does the engine turn over but won't start, or does it not turn at all?

2. If it does not turn at all, is there power to the rest of the car, and does that power stay strong after trying to start it?

The reason I need to know these things is because you battery could be fine but your starter shot. Also, make sure the jumper cables are hooked up right with good contact. Because if you hook them up wrong, even once, you could fry your computer.
