2001 Chrysler Sebring Two Wheel Drive Automatic

My daughter was driving her 2001 chrysler sebring lxi and the car dies on her. Now won't start. Throwing code P0700. How can we fix this?

P0700 is Transmission Control Malfunction. It has nothing to do with the car not starting.

Check with numerical order.
1. Fuel pressure
2. Coolant temp sensor.
3. Throttle position sensor.
4. Manifold absolute pressure.
5. Idle air control motor.
6. EGR valve.
7. Inlet air temp sensor.
