1996 Chrysler Sebring transmission codes

My cars transmission goes into limp mode when warmed up. It gives me codes 36 50 52 54 74
I tried looking them up but get several results that do not correlate.
Can someone point me in the right direction please

One of th codes is the cam sensor but the rest are all transmission and if in limp mode probably needs an overhaul. See attached pics for meaning it will be small however.
