2000 Chrysler Sebring "moaning"

1). Ever since buying the car in 2000, it "moans" when making a right turn at a slow speed. What is the noise; is it something to be concerned about?

2). Driver-side door latch sticks and will not close.

IS the power steering fluid full? Do you have any leaks from the rack and pinion? As far as the latch, have you tried a lubericant on the door latch?

I will check power steering fluid and will have the rack and pinion checked also.
. Door latch problem. Have tried lub in the past; will hit it agiain.
