1997 Chrysler Sebring No start

Hello, I have a 97 sebring LXI that I am not getting any spark at the distributer, or any pulse voltage at the injectors. I have tried a different PCM, distributer, and replaced the crankshaft position sensor. It still has the same symptoms. I have continuity on the wires going from the PCM to distributer and PCM to the auto shutdown relay. I have heard that there may be an issue with the security feature locking out the fuel and spark. Any thoughts or experiences with a similar problem would help

Hey just to let people know, 4 months later finnaly got the sebring running. Ended up replacing the PCM, the distributer, the Auto shut down relay, crankshaft sensor, etc. Just wanted to thank everyone who ended up responding and helping. Oh yeah, thats right I didn't donate, so I got passed up. Hope the info I presented helps someone else, maybe more then the rest of the forum helped me
