1996 Chrysler Sebring Heater

I have a 1996 Sebring, heater fan does not work in lower settings, also only works in defrost mode, any suggestions?

I changed relays under hood fuse box, but still not working, although relays were not clearly marked for heater fan.

Is there another relay somewhere else? Or is it another fix?

I replaced the fan switch resistor. It was located under and behind glove box. This fixed the fan switch problem.

The system is still stuck in defrost mode. The guy @ auto parts store said it may be the contol box located within the dash. Any ideas? The dash looks like it would be difficult to take apart, and I would be worried that I may break something when taking apart.
