When car is in park I step on the gas pedal all the way to the floor and the rpm gauge will not go over 4000 rpms and sputters and flutters! Is it a turbo issue or does it need new coil wire for the plugs?

It's probably because the rev limiter will not let it go above about 3500 when in park.

The car even does it when its in drive! Nevermind. You have been absolutley no help but thanks anyway. The car isn't going to sputter and miss fire from a rev limiter. When I first got the car you could rev the engine all the way up and red line it if you wanted to!

I'm sorry you are dissatisfied with our service.

You did not indicate that you had a problem while driving or that you had a misfire in your first post.

Does it have a miss fire at idle?
So you could do a load balance test to narrow down the bad cylinder?

Has your check engine light come on?
