Electrical problem
2004 Chrysler PT Cruiser 4 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

The lights and radio come on in my car but when you start the car up it does not say how much gas is in the car and you do not know how fast you are going. Could this be cause by a fuse or is it my electrical system if everything else works just fine.

Yes, this is most likely a blown fuse. Check your fuse box. On the inside of the cover, there'll be a diagram to point you in the direction of which fuse to look at. You want the one that says "Gauge Cluster", or something to that effect.

But keep in mind, there's a reason why the fuse would blow. And if you replace the fuse without fixing the underlying cause, the new fuse will also blow. (Sooner or later)

Also, if your fuse checks out fine, then you'll need to remove the gauge cluster and check the wiring/connectors. If these check out, then your gauge cluster will need to be replaced.
