2004 Chrysler PT Cruiser front noise

I have a 2004 PT cruiser 2.4 ltr turbo high output. The front end is making a grinding noise and even worse when it is raining or when making a left hand turn. Any Idea what is wrong.I have had the front brakes replaced and also the rotors.I am on a fixed income but as soon as I can I will make a donation

Does it make the noise all of the time or mostly when accelerating and/or left turns. Mine did and it was the motor mounts that needed to be replaced. While having the motor mounts replaced it is a good time to have the timing belt and water pump replaced, too. As they have to drop the motor from the car chassis to do the motor mount work.
