The rear windshield wiper on my car has stopped working - no fluid, no wiper movement, no nothing. The front wipers work fine - yes, fluid and yes wipers move. The dealer is telling me the problem is with the rear washer motor - conked/burned out - which causes the rear system to shut down. Can you verify does this car have a separate washer motor for the rear? This is not the same as the wiper motor, according to the dealer.

Hello, I'm Danny.

Here is the information you requested. I've attached picture steps below on how to change the rear windshield wiper motor on your car. The washer motor in the front is what sprays the fluid on the rear window. Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.

How do I remove and replace the rear wiper motor on a 2002 chrysler pt cruiser? Are there any special tools I would need?
