I live in Pakistan and have carried out diagnostic check all came out clear here I would like to inform that once vehicle has over heated do I have overhaul cylinder head.

If you drove it with the engine overheating it may be a good idea to take a look at the heads make sure your getting proper compression, if not you will want to check out the heads further, if compression is good, nothing is wrong with the heads.
