Need help finding a relay swicth?

My lighter and horn are no longer working so I did what I thought I should. Changed the fuse. Well when that didn't help me someone told me I should check the relay switch. What is this and where would I find this? Any help would make my day thanks a bunch

The relay is like an on and off switch that helps to control a certain circuit. There is no relay for the lighter circuit, but there is a horn relay you could test
