Hey leandro- you're probably done with this by now, but wanted to contribute at least for reference to anyone else having this very annoying problem. In my car (also a 95 cirrus), the anti-theft (which kills the engine after you start the car) for some reason operates independantly of the alarm (noise & lights). And it does this seemingly randomly. So I'm wondering, is your alarm (horn & lights) blaring while you're trying to start the car, or is it just that your car is not starting? Because if it's just the engine that kills (from the anti-theft, with no noise), I find I have to activate the actual ALARM and then disable it (by locking & unlocking the driver's door) before the antitheft will allow me to start the engine and keep it going. Complicated and random, I know. Complete details for this are in my response to this post.

Deactivate or reset your alarm if your batterie has died and you have charged it you will have to insert your key in the driver door lock and unlock the door this should reset the system
