I have changed the pump and relay. I can put gas in the carb and it runs. What else can it be?

If your fuel system is TBI, you should be able to see injector spray pattern. Can you check fuel pressure? When you first turn the key on, no crank, can you hear the pump run for a few seconds? If not there should be a prime connector, close to the relay, red wire with electrical connector, nothing plugged in. If run a jumper wire from battery+ to connector, the pump should run. You don't need to use the key. Use an inline fuse use on the jumper, just in case.
