1990 Chrysler New Yorker 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 200000 miles
I lost the keys to my car a 1990 chrysler new yorker 3.3 and removed the steering wheel cover around the ignition key lock and proceeded to press the key ignition key cylinder pin and it still won't pop out. I was told you have to insert the key and turn it, but I don't have the key, just the new cylinder with that key. What do I have to drill in order to make it pop out?
Note: I hotwired it by bridging the pink black wire with the blue wire to turn on the fuel pump and then touched the yellow wire to the pink black wire to crank it, but the car won't start does the swith have something to do with it?
