A service bulletin came out stating 38 of 68: ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING:ENGINE:GASOLINE

Bulletin Date: MAR 2000
A CONDITION MAY EXIST WHERE A LOW TONE GROWL SOUND CAN BE HEARD COMING FROM THE ENGINE FOLLOWING A COLD START WHILE IN DRIVE OR REVERSE WITH ENGINE RPM BETWEEN 1000 AND 1300 RPM. *TT
I am having this problem, what needs to be done, any idea of cost? Thank you

Yes I found it and it has to do with belt tension being to tight. They say to retension the belt so that it is only at 120 to 140 lbs of belt tension with a belt tension tool. Hope this answers your question. Thanks.
