1999 Chrysler LHS car starting problem

My mother in law parked her LHS with no problem prior to this. It would not start the next day. It tries to turn over but won't. All of the lights and electrical components inside work, but the car just cranks. I believe it may be the fuel filter but I am not sure. Any help? Thanks have a nice day

Hi, I apologize for the "non-answer". However my son has the exact problem with his '99! We are at our wits end and the end of our wallets, so please if you find out whats 'really' wrong with this darn thing we would seriously appreciate the info you can email me at(clb92873@yahoo. Com)
