1996 Chrysler LHS 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

the fans just works when I turn on the a/c, I replaced the thermostat, the coolant temperature sensor, radiator cap, I tested the relays & looks to be ok.

Could be fuses, computer relay control or the radiator fan module-see below
