the radiator fans will not kick on at all, there is power going all the way to the relays at the computer but no power from the computer to the fans.

Power is supplied to the fans via the fan relay. A sensor sends a signal to the PCM which in turn tells the relay to send power to the fan. Are you getting power to the relay?

The relay is clicking so I am going to assume that yes it is. We changed a water pump on it a month ago and it was fine after the water pump was changed it ran without over heating for about a week. Looked to see if ground was unhooked but I can not find it.

Have you tried replacing the relay? Also, check the wiring at the relay to make sure none of the pins have pushed out.
