1995 Chrysler Le Baron i snaped a bolt

so i was trying to change my fuel pump and i accidently snaped the bolt on the tank strap. what would be the best way of replacing said bolt?

Hello, I would soak it down really well with penetrating oil. Drill out the inside and use a easy out to remove it. Clean the threads really good, oil, and install new bolt.
