1992 Chrysler Le Baron No heat

This LeBaron does not have heat. The A/C works fine and blows cold air. The fan blows fine. The selector buttons do not seem to be working properly. It does not switch from defrost to floor, and etc. Do you have any suggestions as to what could be the problem and what to do about it?

Hi:
Is the problem no heat or fan direction? If direction, the vents are actuated by vacuum. Check under the dash for leaks and the vacuum supply from the engine. If all are good, then chances are it is the switch itself.

If the heat itself it the problem, let me know.

Step 1 - A heater cannot operate unless the engine is full of coolant/antifreeze. If coolant level is low check the system for leaks.
