1988 Chrysler Le Baron Interior door panel removal

Interior problem
1988 Chrysler Le Baron 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive 73000 miles

I need to replace the driver's side view mirror, however, the bottom of the three screws is under a covering which is under the interior door panel as is the electrical connection. I can't find any screws on the panel. How do I get it off?

Door panel is easy to remove. 1. Take up metal trim around power switches(no screws, just carefully pry up trim) 2. Remove screw now revealed and unplug wire harness. 3. There are 2 screws in the carpet at bottom of panel (1 at back near courtesy light, other in storage pocket). Now pull out panel to release clips, and pull up to remove panel. There may also be a screw under the speaker grill to remove(grill just pops off w/light prying)
