My imperial headlights flash on and off shortly after I turn them on. They stay on bright as long as I hold the switch in. I have replaced the headlight switch and found the plug melted and replaced that too. I am going to replace the relay switch and see if that works. I was hoping for some suggestions or adice on what could be wrong I am running out of things that I can try. By the way at imperial club. Com the have step by step instructions on how to retrofit your imperial abs to standard brakes.

After replacing the switch and connector did it not correct the issue? There seems to be nothing else that would cause this issue on the circuit aside from faulty wiring itself or the headlamp relays. Have you tested the relays yet?
