I am trying to replae the head light switch but I took the wire's out of the plastic case they were in cant find what wire goes to what the reason I took the plasti case off is because the previous owner had somone try to fix it. It had a short and melted the plastic casing. The head light switch has about 5 or 6 prongs on it and all I need to know is what color wire goes to what metal prong

Hi:
With this switch, I recommend purchasing a replacement plug. The clips will be too close to each other and can short if not properly insulated. Try a salvage yard it will be cheap and you then can follow the color codes of the wires in the plug.
