Car cranks, but won't start

1987 Chrysler Conquest 33K. Car cranks but won't start the majority of the time. Sometimes it starts and when it does, runs great. Replaced fuel filter, no help.

Is your main relay going bad? Bet it is.

How do you check the relay? & What belt could be going bad or might be bad? Because im having the same problem. But I think it might be my fuel pump but Idk how to check that either. Any help please. Thanks very much in advanced
