Getting code p0601, put in 2 re-man. Computers that were programmed by Cardone. Still won't start and both computers set code p0601 immediately after trying to start the vehicle. Any clues? I'm lost.

This could be one of two issues. First, the company that is programming the PCM is not checking the circuit boards and they are just shipping them with this failure in them or the connector for your PCM has a loose connection and setting this code as it can't communicate properly.

Please see below for the process from the manual on how to replace the PCM plus the connector view that we will need to check specific circuits.

Clearly it is odd that you have multiple PCMs with this code but we need to check and make sure the connectors are ok first and if they are then we need to replace the PCM again.

Please see below for more detail and let us know what you find with this. Thanks
