Guages wont work, no tack, no speedometer, door locks wont work sometimes, brake lights stay on sometimes, horn blows for a second when starting car, car runs fine otherwise. I replaced body control module some stuff works now but still have nobu5 on odometer.

I was reading a TSB about this a while back. But I could not find it for the life of me since this morning. But what it was saying basically is either one of two things. Either you have a "hair-line" crossed circuit in the back of the instrument cluster or one may be more wiring harnesses into the cluster that is/are not tight.

So, remove the gauge cluster from the vehicle. Get a soft microfiber cloth, and wipe the circuit board behind the cluster, while looking if you can spot circuits that are crossed. I couldn't find that either with mine (yes, I had the same problem). And when you install the cluster, wipe clean the wire harnesses before plugging them back in. And make sure that they are tight.
