1999 Chrysler Concorde will not start

I park car and get out to go eat. It comes a brief rainstorm. It is as if someone took the battery out and threw it away. Nothing works, even the doors won't lock.

Have you got jumper cables? Maybe battery shorted a cell they can go completly dead without warning. Been about 35 mins since post what is status?

Ken, I do have jumper cables.
Have not been able to get back to car. Explecting to go there soon. I will take a voltage meter with me. I WILL CHECK THE VOLTAGE. It happen one time before and I thought it was because it was not all the way in park. I don"t remember if it had goten wet, but maybe. Thanks, Jerry
