Is this a power mirror? Or manual remote with the joystick? The cover inside came off, and you found three 10mm nuts. Deep socket, 1/4 inch drive. The length of the connector, and/or Knob, would tell you if the trim panel had to come off and it usually did not. Sometimes that panel that was black, inside had a hidden screw inside, and it required the door panel removal. If the joystick type was on the mirror, you needed a tiny allen handle, and on the door, the joystick cover screwed off normally counter clockwise. The newer mirrors and the smaller ones used 3 plastic sheet metal screws. Instead of nuts. Sorry I don't have the LH manual but the 2carpros does.

This process is going to be the same. If you remove the interior trim piece that is on the inside of the door where the mirror is, you will see 3 nuts. Remove these and the mirror will pull off the outside of the car. Then you will find a connector inside. Disconnect the connector and then install the new mirror.
