1999 Chrysler Concorde help?

I have a 1999 chrysler concorde with only 70k miles on it. It has a 2.7 engine and I drove home 80 miles last night with car running fine. This morning the trans would not shift and the speedometer would not work and coming back the check engine light came on.
What u think?

It sounds like a vehicle speed sensor (VSS). If the check engine light is on, there is a trouble code in the computer that will identify where the problem is coming from. You need to have the computer scanned. If the car won't move, most parts stores will lend or rent a scanner with directions or I can give them to you. Check it to confirm my belief and let me know what you find.
