I replaced the battery and the car wont start. I hear a click each time that I turn the key but it still will not start. Is it the starter the alternator or something else?

If you hear just one click, it tells you that either you are not getting enough current to the solenoid or your starter is bad. I am leaning towards bad starter.

Common problem is worn contacts in the starter solenoid. Easy replacement for a competent do-it-yourselfer. Otherwise, replace the complete starter motor.
