1997 Chrysler Concorde overheating

The fans will only come on when the ac is running, if the ac is off the car will overheat after running for 20 minutes. The fuses are all good. What else could be wrong?

Hi:

It sounds like a cooling fan relay or temp sensor may be bad. In the power distribution box (under the hood) there are several relays. Find the one for the cooling fans and replace it. It shouldn't be too expensive and it should take care of the problem.
