The last 4-5 months my 97 concorde has idled between 2500-3000 rpm. Ive checked the vaccum lines, replaced the air plenum gasket, looked over the throttle and it doesnt seem to be stuck and ive also replaced the manifold absolute pressure sensor and the idle air control valve. Still no change in idle! Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks

I would do a complete throttle bore cleaning, and take a really good look at the vacuum lines again, it sounds like something is pinched or cracked. Sometimes its hard to see. You can try a little trick that we do to check for vacuum leaks, >: get a can of throttlle cleaner or carb cleaner and mist it around the manifold and all of the vacuum lines, if you hear the idle change then you have a leak in that vicinity. Get back with your findings
