I just had a different tranmission put in my car a week ago and before I even had that done, when I came to to a stoplight my car shakes when idleing. As I start to accelerate the car had a slight jerk than runs fine. The chrystler dealership said I need a new intake manifold guasket, but would that cause the car to jerk like that. When changing spark plugs he other day I noticed a couple of them had a little oil on the also so didnt know if tha affected anything either?

You have vacuum leak. Leaky intake manifold gasket may do that, that may not be in your case. Check all your vacuum hoses, and see which one that either not hooked up right, breaks, leaks, not sealing right.

Oil on spark plug mean oil seal on the plug is bad. New Felpro VS50429R valve cover gasket comes with new ones.
